The Wine Alley strongly urges customers to ship via UPS Overnight to reduce the chance of damage to your shipment. The Wine Alley and UPS will not be responsible for damage to wine due to cold/hot temperatures. The Wine Alley will monitor environmental conditions throughout the summer and winter and will store your wine free of charge during severe hot/cold weather and will ship it when conditions allow safe delivery.
